Like many of my clients, I am a small business owner that understands the challenges, pitfalls, and joys of being the owner of a business. I began my law career by receiving a law degree at the University of Notre Dame’s law school. Now, I have over 15 years of experience representing clients in business law. I work closely with my clients to find positive, practical and timely solutions to complex legal problems or issues.
My ability to quickly and confidently assess the strengths and weaknesses of your business matter sets me apart. If the other side is unreasonable, I will not hesitate to fight for your rights, even if that means taking legal action. But if there is common ground, I will find it. On many occasions, I have been able to better position clients to achieve desired results through dispute resolution techniques, whether by settlement, motion practice or trial. Additionally, I have found being proficient in speaking Spanish to be an added benefit to many of my clients.
